This blog is specially dedicated to write about my first adopted rabbit, Cotton. The blog will detail his daily growth and interaction with me. Cotton is a white cross lionhead breed male rabbit whom I have adopted from the SPCA on 25-Feb-2014. He is 7.5 year-old as of 2014 and is considered as senior for a rabbit age. According to the SPCA, he is spayed and neutered on 08-Jan-2014 and was abandoned by his previous owner. He was previously named as Cream when sheltered at the SPCA.

New Decor Item!
Cotton always amazes us. He hid himself at one of the empty cabinet - it was emptied because he will dig the items anyway.
Today he decided to rest inside the empty slot to become our new decor item!

Grooming Kits version 2
As I get better with my grooming skill by the day and with each rescue assignments, so are my tools in my kit. It has since evolved to kits - 2 different tool boxes!
Above is my standard tool box for my own boys. Recently, I'm pretty obsessed with flea combs and so bought a few to try. I have to say we don't have a winner yet because each has their own pros and cons. Having them together will complete my inadequate grooming skill.
Besides the tool box segregation, I have also included a new tool - thin Q-tips (cotton bud) into my 2 kits. Recently, I learnt to clean off ear wax.
Basically, a good lighting and a strong torch is needed to facilitate accurate ear cleaning process. Thin cotton bud will ensure I won't push the wax in.
The normal size cotton bud (cheaper in price too) will be used to clean off their scent glands at their genital areas.

"Give Way Glenda" in Cotton?
Cotton always keep a watchful eye on me whenever I enter the kitchen. He will also very polite and gracefully give way to me to exit the kitchen....... so he can have his treats served!
