Tibits Cleaning Works Again!

A friend gave me her litter pan which was used and I'm perfectly fine with it. So with my magic cleaner, I knew the pee stain is no issue to rid off!

Before Cleaning:

Apply the cleaner: the citric acid in the solution will eat away and produce some gases.

After Cleaning: Ta-da!!!

Awesome right?

And Charcoal girl gave a nod of agreement too! Haha

Bunny Selection Pellets Quick Review

Bunny Selection Pellets.

Cotton and Charcoal love this pellets a lot. They would finish the pellets without issue.

The pellets pack has a strong fishy smell when opened. I am not sure what ingredient(s) is/are contributing to the strong scent. The extruded size is also acceptable for Neatherland Dwarf (ND) to consume.

The packaging also comes with an auto-ziplock feature which will be very convenient for storage. I mixed this brand of pellets with another brand so I cannot determine what benefits my bunnies received from consuming it.

Enchanted Cottage Contest

Recently things have been not going well for me with many not good news. Then I stumbled a contest and decided to give a try and create a new atmosphere for my fur kids.

It's the Enchanted Cottage Contest organized by ecottage.

So I bought the Ecottage setup for the contest. They delivered pretty promptly and setting it up is pretty easy to do.

Unboxing the ecottage house!

Ta-da! It was setup within minutes. Ok now time to decor the ecottage!

And Cotton gave a pissed off face when placing him at Level 2. Hahahaha

Preparing Cotton and Charcoal Bonding Update

To increase the intimacy chances between Cotton and Charcoal, I moved Charcoal's mat nearer to Cotton's pen. On the first day of the new change, Charocal peed on the mat. What a naughty girl to mark her territory and possibly warning Cotton. So I scolded her and explained to her why I'm doing that and subsequent next 2 days and she did not pee to mark anymore. Amazingly intelligent black silver marten!

Then on the 3rd day of the new setup, I noticed Cotton is also resting close to Charcoal. He did not pee to mark his territory. In fact, they tends to mirror each other behaviors! It's a good sign!

So I arranged Cotton's pen with his mat near Charcoal's pen too! Ta-da!!!

Now we shall wait again.

By the next 2-3 weeks, there was no marking of territory behavior. It's a good sign said one of an experienced bunny parent. So now I closed up the gap!

It has been 3 days since the gap was closed and again, no marking territory behavior. Awesome! I think they are ready to be bonded. :)

Charcoal Girl Kisses Me!

Another Black Silver Marten owner shared with me that her bunny is very vain and loves to pose for the camera. Interesting isn't it? So I want to know if Charcoal girl is vain too and hence placed a mirror for her.

I think she's feeling awkward and did not eat much of her hays or veggies after that. So I removed the mirror and concluded she is not a vain pot.

At the River Safari trip today, I saw a black stingray and couldn't help to see a strong resemblance between the black stingray and Charcoal....especially their eyes!!

Just a moment ago, I noticed she is lying on the mat just like Cotton!!

It's definitely a good sign!

Charcoal girl is slow to warm up and so I have been carrying her often on her 3rd week of recovery and kissing her as much. This week is her 4th of recovery and hence I gave her some floor time too!

When I was carrying her on my chest, I stroke her chin and noticed she would lick me back in response! Hallelujah!!! I was so elated when she licked me for the first time! She doesn't always lick me whenever I stroke her chin and hence, her kisses are truly a delight for me!
